Which are your 10 favorite places to go out in Ho Chi Minh City?

Which places would you recommend to newcomers? (restaurants, pubs, discos, theaters, cinemas, concert halls...)

Hi everybody,

I'm wondering what the government criteria is for moving semi-permanently to Vietnam. I sent a letter to the Consulate in San Francisco but have not heard back yet. I am thinking of retiring to some quiet place in central Vietnam. Would be interested in volunteer work. Any input would be most appreciated, george
