Where in Jeddah can I get a teaching certificate,pgce or qts ???

I hold a BA degree in accounting and finance, can I be a math teacher for elementary without experience.? And where can I get a teaching certificate or PGCE ,QTS ?? Please anyone who have teaching experience can help me with info what do I need to become a teacher.

Maths teacher with accounting degree, depends on which school you apply and what level you will teach.
