Hi Expats, This is sandy interested to migrate in Bogota in future, am looking for Technology opportunity there as because i am technology expert.

If you don't speak fluent Spanish, forget it. And even if you do, you must realize that first consideration will be given to native Colombians for any job openings.

If you have some scarce skill that's in high demand you may be able to find an employer who will sponsor you and help you get the correct visa - and you may not need fluent Spanish.
