Only the employer can apply for an employment pass. The employer will do this after they offer you a job.

I'm not apply for employment visa. My agent applying employment visa. He is saying your age is not complete 25 years. So Malaysia government not given visa.

Yes. P.T.Engineering is the my company and interview ok. Then send me offer letter. Then I'm signed and send my educational certificate and all. how long time process my visa?

With a Diploma I think you need to have 5 years' work experience.

Yeah. Yes sir I have diploma with 5.7 years Experience my relevant field. But age 25 years need?

I don't see any age restriction in the guidebook - only years' of experience. There used to be a rule that a person  had to be 27 years old or 21 for ITC jobs.

For Domestic Helper the age is 21-45 years.

Do not enter the country to work without a VIsa with Reference (VDR) from a Malaysian consulate put into the passport in India. Some employers are asking workers to enter on tourist visas and they will get them an EP after arrival - this is NOT possible.
