Dear Youssef,

I have a friend who is currently detain in jail because of falsification of documents, specifically certificate of employment. What we need to know is what she needs to say during the hearing session in order to lessen or to reduce the weight of whatever verdict she will receive.

Please give us some legal advice regarding this. We will appreciate it if you could help us. Thank you!

Start by admitting guilt and expressing remorse (if she committed the crimes she's accused of).
