Iqama Transfer status "not confirmed yet"

Hello all,

I need to transfer my iqama from under my father's sponsorship to a new company.

The company said they send request, but it did not show in my father's Absher or his kafeels account.

Now the status of request shows "not confirmed" and they have my Passport,they took it saying they will need it for transferring from family to the company.

It's been 2 months, they have my passport..I don't mind if I won't get that job also, if so how to cancel that request and take my passport back.

And the iqama status is not changing..what can be done ? Whom can I meet cause from the company's end HR team does nothing.

Please help
