Hello Dear Friends,

I need some help regarding what kind of visa i would need to be able to visit and be with my husband in slovenia. What are the requirements that we need to submit in their country for me to have the spouse visa of eu national? And do i need to live with him there to have this visa? Since, I am currently living and working in Saudi arabia i plan to visit him there every month. Thank you so much for your answers and advise much appreciated.

Contact your Embassy in Slovenia.I assume they will have an office in Ljubljana.They can and should a sweet that for you.Also I advise your husband not to buy property in Slovenia As the Country is full of illegall properties.If he has he must go to his nearest Court and make sure it is Legal and it is registeredin his name.Also then if he has bought in a shared building.He must check it has the correct building permit.
