I'm currently looking for a English Teacher Job in ho chi Minh City, I possess a TEFL Certificate and a Certificate in hospitality, many schools require BA , can anyone name a few institutions that don't require a bachelor's degree?

It's not the schools, it's the government. You may be able to find a job without a degree but anytime the government inspectors come around you will be told to stay home. Also you are effectively barred from public school work as the government has more inspection leverage there. A lot of people don't like public school work but it is the best way to get a lot of hours.

Also worth noting that public schools break up mid/end of May so your only angle will really be language centres and/or summer schools. With the amount of competition WITH degrees in Vietnam, you'll struggle in the summer.

It's easy enough to find someone that will employ you throughout the school year, Craigslist is the best place to start.
