Hi,

I am Daniel, 33 years old and currently living in The Netherlands. Fluent in English and Dutch, looking for a job in Istanbul. I am looking for a management function in a call center or customer service in Istanbul.

At this moment I work as a service delivery manager at a customer service sourcing partner for the biggest internet- and mobile service provider in The Netherlands. Reliable, effective, versatile and goal driven. Always aiming at making people better and high customer satisfaction. Years of experience in improving cross- and up sell, NPS and first call resolution.

I hope fellow members on this forum can help me get connected to a company that has a job vacancy that fits my profile.
