Hi Chris

A friend that works in the country fell on some hard times, as some of his deals with the government fell through, however he is in dire strait of accomodation and food, thought that there might be places that he may go to in Beunos Aires for assistance.

hi . here in Argentina there are difficult times, many inflations, low salaries, insecurity and the government does not guarantee stability among 50000 more problems. I would say that you investigate the country well..
