Broker referral for buying in Esteli

Hello All!
We are so excited for this next adventure and getting ready to move to Nica! One of the big things on our preliminary list is finding a good broker to help in the search and purchase of our finca to call home. Does anyone have any recommendations? We've researched some companies and "what-not-to-do's", and I figured the next best step was ask the expat experts for a reference. Our desired location is the Esteli region, if that is helpful. We appreciate any feedback and look forward to hearing from you!
