Is it legal to take part time job  for  non EU students ( India) doing one year program in digital marketing ?

SingelDadGoingGozo

I do know that some countries allow for students to work part time whiles studying.
Not sure,,  SO I would find out first as there are "big fines if caught working without permission..  and could loose your visa and be proclaimed persona non grata"!

So wait until you know before you work.

GozoMo

I am not too sure but I do know that you never used to be able to work for the first year of studying.
It may be different for you as you are not from an EU country and not as straight forward being a TCN.

Yes, full-time TCN students enrolled at a recognise institution can legally work 20 hours a week. There are some hoops to jump though, e.g., permit from Jobsplus.  It's all available here: https://identitymalta.com/student-applications/
