Hello! i am wondering does anyone’s company having a false hiring scheme or manpower pooling scheme? Im having doubt coz no new expatriates are coming for the past 5 months. And my previous colleagues who went exit seems stuck in our country until now yet they told they got hired back in saudi. Is this like a new agenda of the government to continuously hire and keep them on hold coz of no visa issuance?

Your question is not clear.

There is no government agenda to keep anyone on hold.

Companies decide who they have to hire and then get them visas. Sometimes the process is delayed due to the company not having any visas for a nationality in it's quota or saudization issues or many other reasons. It is all related to a company.

i see.. coz my colleagues who went exit and applied in government hospitals are still in our country and its almost a year . they got hired but until now they were not able to come back in saudi coz they said theres no visa issued until now..
