Hi, this is Dhinesh am Indian - Holding Indian Passport

Currently am living in Italy

My Italian permesso di soggiorno for work is Expired Today  .Now i'm in the process of renewal and waiting for it, so the documents that i have are:

- expired permesso di soggiorno
- ricevuta like proof that i'm waiting for the new permesso ( Currently Renewal is being Processed)

- Valid Passport

Let me know if i can leave italy and visit France for 4 Days for Tourism purpose with these documents?

PdS expired, receipt is no good for travelling abroad.

Hi im khan from afghanistan i have italian travel document for five year and i have Afghan driving license. I want to change it plz anyone can tel me.  I heard tht its easy in poland and Romania plz any one know or can help me plz.   Regard khan

It does not matter which EU country you get your license from, you will still have to do a full test, meaning written and practical. It will not be easier in any of the countries you mentioned as you will be treated as a foreigner.
