I have a very important question on behalf of my husband, infact i'd go so far as to say it could swing our move to Malta!!!!!  So, here goes (fingers crossed)  ARE THERE AND EVERTONIANS ABOUT IN MALTA?????

i fear i may now be Ostracized! ha ha :D

Amanda....I'm nice honest!

me3512

for those not familiar

everotians:

Plural of evertonian

often found at goodison park on a weekend watching the game

together they form one of the most loyal fanbases in football and are very good people

unlike the sworn enemy, gobshites who cant afford to watch their side or cannot get there as they live in a different part of the world so have to settle watching the game on a screen in a run down pub.

Person 1: Hi mate, who do you support?
Person 2: I support Everton, the peoples club.
Person 1: Oh, I see. For how long have you been disillusioned and paranoid?
Person 2: What does disillusioned and paranoid mean?

:)

I am kidding I had to look up the word....

The Maltese are very big on English and Italian Football - you will see planty of banners for ManU, Arsenal, Chelsea and - sorry to say for you - Liverpool. I haven't seen any for Everton - but that doesn't mean there are any Evertonians around.

As you can guess from my name on this forum, I am a poor, long-suffering West ham fan so please be kind!

You will have plenty of opportunity to watch Everton on TV in Malta - local cable or in Pubs. I fear I won't have the same opportunity with West Ham after this season :-(

Get your husband to search one of the Everton fans web forums for Maltese based Toffee Men - I did that before I came here and made contact with a Maltese WHU fan who has since become one of my best friends.

Chad,

We've moved to Xemxija - nice view of the bay (partially obscured) - come up for a Cisk anytime! We still have your Jell-O.

Christine

Hi maby1967,

Can you please avoid using caps lock on the forum. Thank you. :)

maby1967

SOZ, MY KEYBOARD IS BROKE SO CAPLOCKS ONLY :(, SI IF A PROBLEM I WONT POST - CHEERS

Yud

In fact writing in cap lock implies shouting on a forum and it implies a bit of impoliteness towards others. However, a temporary solution could be holding the shift key while writing/posting ;):D

Sorry for the off-topic (specially to the initiator)

maby1967

AGAIN APOLOGIES FOR THE KEYBOARD, THE SHIFT KEY DOES NOT WORK EITHER, BUT THANKS ANYWAY. i AM SURE YOU CAN AGREE THOU THAT MY RESPONSE TO THE QUESTION WAS FAR FROM IMPOLITE OR ARGUMENTATIVE, SHOUTING OR IMPOLITENESS. HOWEVER I WILL REFRAIN FROM POSTING UNTIL MY CAPS LOCK PROBLEM THAT IS CAUSING SUCH AN ISSUE IS SOLVED :)

ajwebber

Maby 1967 It's ok i'm deaf anyway so it helped! ;) ha ha seriously tho, i didn't take it as an impolite response at all, thanks for answering my question bud.
