Can we use any of the ride hailing apps in Sousse?

uber and lyft are not available in tunisia ,they only use regular taxi cabs ..make sure you ask how they operate before you get one as it s diffrent in each region ..some goes by meter and some others by seat ( flat rate ) like uber pool.
