Family reunion visa for4 years old child from pakistan to germany

Hi, i am a student of masters in germany.i have 4 years old child n want to apply reunion visa for her.please guide me what are the requirments for this? And do i need to block money in the bank for her also? If yes then how much?? Currently i have visa upto september 2018...is it enough to apply family reunion for a child?

A family reunion visa requires:
- the inviting person must have a residence permit of longer than (!) 12 months
- sufficient financial reserves or income for both the inviting and invited person - this means at least €9000/year per person (there might be slightly lower amounts for kids, please ask the embassy!)
- accommodation and health insurance for the invited person
