Hi my husband and I will be moving to Turkey in 2 years fethiye or bodrum does anyone have any recommendations where we could find long term rentals someone who is trusted and has a good reputation. I am looking now just to get a feel for prices etc.

the market changes rapidly and spreading over lands, new neighbourhoods appear where currently good ones become untolerable. so dont rush, wait for a closer date to have research..

the Turkish law for renting a house protects tenants so it doesn't matter from whom you rent it . They can't force you before the contract normally.

If you are paying regular, they will not force you out ofc. Eveyone is looking for such tenants
