Im from philippines, im working here in riyadh as a staff nurse.. i have boyfriend saudi man and now we are 1 year in our relationship. He want strongly to marry me.. he propose me for many times,. But i dont know what to do. I am married in the philippines and not yet divorced, or annuled.. but im not happy to my husband.. what should i do? Can i marry here in saudi even im married in the philippines??

Read the threads in the forum. Most of what you are asking has already been discussed. The search button is your friend.

It's not easy to marry a Saudi as certain conditions need to be satisfied by him for the Government to give him permission e.g. age of 40 etc. Secondly, also keep in mind that when expats get married outside of their home country, sometimes a certificate of civil status is requested from their embassies to show what their current status is i.e. married, single, divorced etc.

A previous thread mentions her potential husband is also married and it should be noted, getting a divorce in the Philippines is far from easy, perhaps almost impossible.

If they get married whilst she is still married, I see potential for very serious consequences. If her husband finds out (and is unhappy with the situation, or just vindictive) he could bring the issue to the attention of the Saudi authorities, something that could bring her world crashing down.

I would most strongly advise avoiding an illegal marriage.
