Drug named Urostim for Urinary Tract Infections

Is there an OBGYN on this forum from Bulgaria that is familiar with the drug Urostim 50 mg made by Biogenic Stimulants Inc located in Bulgaria? I have a friend that has had a lot of UTI's that have lead to life threatening sepsis on more than one occasion. We understand Urostim to function almost as a vaccine. If you know of this drug please inform me. My friend is thinking about going there to get this medication. I would like to get as much information about this product as possible.
