Bilingual Schools in Munich

Post new topic

sameerjamal

Hi,

I am temporary relocating to Munich from India and I am looking for bilingual schools in Munich for my elder daughter, as I want her to learn both German and English, international schools which I found through google are really very expensive between 10k to 14k euro annual which is actually way to expensive for me, are there any cheaper options available in the range of 6k to 8K  ? any info or pointer will be really very helpful.

Thanks in advance
Regards,
Sameer

You have probably already googled and checked the available bilingual offers (incl. IBSM).
Despite still being heavily subsidized by the authorities (the €1000/month you found do by far not cover the ost of running a school!), they do of course charge you.
German public schools are free of and probably your only alternative. They are not bad and give your daughter a headstart in learning German and about Germany. For English, in my experience, it is sufficient if you speak it at home (as we do).
