Property in Marrakech

My sister, who was a resident of Marrakech for many years, has, sadly died, leaving me her house in the Kasbah. I have decided to sell it asap. Does anyone know what documentation is required in Morocco to transfer the property from her name to mine? How and where can I obtain the necessary documents? I have tried emailing 3 local lawyers & notaries in both French & English, but have had no reply. Please help if you can!

Hello,

There's no one easy solution for selling, it all depends on many variables including which paperwork you have available etc.
Any chance you could provide any details on this house?
Is it in the medina?

Thanks for your message Abu. The house is not yet mine to sell, but if you are interested it is in the Kasbah. Message me after 4th June when I am in Marrakech & I'll put you in touch with the estate agent and notary who will be dealing with the property & also arrange a viewing if you want.
