regarding malta work permit & TR visa for Non-Eu

i applied from UAE 2017 Oct. Till now i received only my offer letter...after that i didn't receive anything..no approval letter nothing....Do i need to wait more ? or Should i ask my Agency to return back my money?
Please Reply to me...because now i became patient .

It is normally the employer that applies for your work permit not you or an agency.
What was your offer letter and who was it from?
Be wary of agencies who say they can get you a job and a work permit, it does not often happen and your money is lost.
