If you don't want to stay in KSA, simply resign from your work and give up your end of service compensation, then ask for exit only visa. If this is not possible, then you go to labor office or your embassy and ask for help. They will talk to your Kafeel and force him to let you go.

Life in KSA became too difficult and too expensive. If your country has no trouble like some Middle East countries, then just go to save the rest of your life.
