Tour operators like elaf and others are available but i believe they are not completely honest. I suggest you use the applications like booking.com and tripadvisor.com and make your own holiday package. Or let me know your budget, count of people travelling, days etc. and i will prepare a good tour for you, i have been to both countries multiple times
