Is it possible to get sim card with data and get a bank ac before i get a civil id?

I doubt any bank allows anyone to open an account without civil id number. You can definitely get a SIM card with passport but opening bank account needs civil id number.

Bank account- NO (Atlest Residency is required)
Mobile SIM Card - YES (Some shop will give u SIM on passport and visa copy)

Hi Rajasri,
I'v been told that there are mobile phone shops (stores) in Kuwait airport, where you can buy a Kuwaiti SIM on arrival.
