working or volonteering in Indonesia

Hi !

I would like to do a working or volonteering experience in Bali, Indonesia.
Anyone can help me? Any enterprise or organisation i can apply to?

I see that it is very difficult to find a job in Indonesia for foreigner people, but I see also that in Bali there are anyway some australian and american people working legally there.
How do they do that?
Can anyone tell me which are the jobs that a foreigner can apply to in Indonesia?
I am from Italy....
