Need Vietnamese propane hose & regulator for my US BBQ

Hello all,

Just moved here from the states with a propane BBQ. I need to swap out the current US hose and regulator for a Vietnamese propane hose & regulator that will fit propane tanks here. Any body done this? Any suggestions where I can purchase one?
