What is the best season/time of the year to move to Belize, and why?

What is the best season/time of the year to move to Belize, and why?
i don't believe there is a specific time of year that fits into a general answer, I suppose it is a personal choice

How do rent prices fluctuate based on the different seasons?
Yes, during the winter months Oct-March is when "Snow-Birds" arrive and leave, so prices tend to rise a little in these months

Is there a change in the job market depending on the seasons, such as job availability?
as an expat, there are very few jobs available, if any at all

Are there any seasonal festivals or cultural events that would allow you to learn about the country?
lots and thus depends which area you intend to visit or plan to live, too many to answer here

What are the times of year to avoid for expatriation to Belize?
In my opinion, none, except maybe raining season if your trying to get heavy loads into the more remote locations

During which season did you move? How did it go?
I usually head back to Belize in Sept-Oct, I fly into Cancun and travel south, to Belize by ADO bus line
