You wont get another visa unless you sort out your tax and get your EP cancelled. Both are requirements for Stage I approval.

It's important not to get blacklisted if you have any intention of ever visiting Malaysia again.

Cost should be zero. The employer pays all charges (except VDR collected in home country - payment for this is by the passport holder)

However, check your contract of employment for any financial penalties for leaving before 2 year visa is completed.

You would have got a tax refund if you submitted your 2017 annual tax return (due April 2018)

Employers have to deduct tax each month but the tax office works out any overpayment and reimburses this back to the worker within about 2 months of completing the annual tax return.

MDEC is one of the systems responsible for hiring foreigners in Malaysia. They have their own charges.

I have never broken down the MDEC charges to see if they are a total of all charges. But as Bonds are different for various nationalities they could also be maximums.

That's probably because they used an Agent and the Agent's fee is extra.

My Employee friend didnt  get the EP through any agent he do by itself

Gravitas i paid my 2017 january to 2017 December Tax.

From 2018 january to 2018 March i were on Malaysia . On 30 March i come back to Pakistan i leave Malaysia. Now i will come to November 2018.
