Personal Trainer: functional training in Jakarta

Post new topic

Cl4udin4

Hi there

My name is Claudina, I am an Indonesian. I have been working formally for one of the Embassies in Jakarta for more than 10 years.

In my spare time, I like to train and exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am a fitness enthusiast, I love cardio workouts, yoga, pilates, swimming, as well as weight training.

More recently, I have developed more interest in functional trainings as it actually helps us to perform and move better in our daily life. I decided to take formal certifications to learn more deeply. I am now certified for BOSU, TRX, Kettlebell and Barefoot Specialist. The certification enable me to share my knowledge with you. If you are interested to learn more about functional training through a PT session, please contact me.

Hope you have a pleasant stay in Indonesia.

Cheers!
