Service apartment or normal apartment which is better for us ?

Need some advice on apartment rental in Shanghai? Service apartment or normal apartment is better for us expat first time in Shanghai.

it is up to your term of stay. if short term , and don't want to by many house holds, may be servie apt. is a good choice. if you plan to stay long, you may need normal apartment with fully furnished. in that way it is cheaper. the sevice apartment usually is highly priced for foreigner.

Hi, Glad to meet you here. I have an apartment for rental in Shanghai. It is a very nice one, close to Metro and just newly decorated. If you are interested, please let me know. I will send you some pictures or you can find mine from Shanghai Housing list.

Hi, the apartment is close to Anting, 3 mins walking to Metro L11. It takes about 30-40 mins to get the location you mentioned (Xianxia Lu and Linguan Lu). It's already in the housing list, you can see the pictures and other info in details at this link:
