How cam I securely travel other schengen country after termination of my work permit in Poland? what would be the case that my visa could be revoked?

If you notify local Voivode Office that your work is ending (you have 15 work days to do so anyway), then you have 30 days of legal stay. And if your visa allows that, you can travel. But I wouldn't travel with a soon-expiring visa...
