We have been looking for rented apartment with 2 rooms ,available by October 2018 in rosenheimer str., Munich. So, if anyone could help us with any contacts relating to any apartment owners, it will be of great help. T

Munich is notorious for being the most difficult (for tenants) rental market in Germany.
A lot of advice has been given on this forum about how to find rental apartments in Germany (e.g. just today I wrote something for a guy searching in Leipzig). You may want to read that.
I see from one of your other posts that you are only moving to Munich in February next year. If so, it makes no sense at all to start searching now: You must be physically present in Germany to be accepted!
