Am a land developer and interested to move to Cape Verde and venture into Agri business and land development.
How is the land law and real estate sector?
Can foreigners own land or lease.

Dear Anas
Thanks for the quick kind response.
I was doing a research and realised that Cape Verde real Estate sector has good returns so far.
Farming seems not to be amongst the top activities and was thinking of venturing into hortculture farming.
Kindly advice.
