Hey guys, I've been wanting to buy a WiFi + TV connection for my house from 'FREEBOX' but I'm  a bit confused with the information that their website offers. What I need is a TV connection and a WiFi connection of over 100gbs per month for a reasonable price. It doesn't have to be 'freebox' as long as the package meets my requirements. If y'all know anything about this please let me know.

Thanks :)

Hi,

In France, ADSL/cable/fiber ISPs don't have data caps (or maybe only very minor ISPs), only mobile phone contracts (4G and the likes) do.
Free is generally renowned for being good and cheap when it works, but horrible when you have a problem and need customer support. I had a contract with them a very long time ago, my connection stopped working one day and they NEVER fixed it despite numerous calls to support over a couple of months.

That being said, as far as I know all major ISPs offer WiFi + TV in their standard base offer.
Here are the most common providers (from my memory, I might miss a few):
- Orange - https://boutique.orange.fr/internet/offres-fibre
- Free - http://www.free.fr/freebox/index.html
- Bouygues - https://www.bouyguestelecom.fr/offres-i … fibre-ftth
- SFR - https://www.sfr.fr/offre-internet/box/

I'm currently at Orange (both at home and at work). I used to be at Numericable (which was bought by SFR a couple of years ago). Orange is generally more expensive but I think they provide a higher quality of service (and my work really depends on having a good connection). If you don't mind the occasional day-long downtime, all 4 are equivalent so you might want to get whichever is cheaper.
Note that pricing is often presented quite dishonestly (they put forward the price during the first year, which is very reduced), so make sure to look for the long-term price too.

Good luck :)

You also can ask your neighbours to see what they are using and how they like their service?
