Hi,

I am new in this forum, my name is Juan, nice to meet you. I have gotten an offer for a job in Copenhagen, the company seems small (compared with the one I currently working at) but still a nice place to work (as far as I see).

I have gotten an offer of 55,000 DKK per month, which I dont know how much is after taxes, is there any idea of how much could it be after taxes? I know varies depending on where you pay taxes but still I would like to know the average.

Is it enough for the living?  is it "good" or a bad salary? ideas?

I will appreciate your help.

Cheers,
Juan

Thanks! but i dont know if after taxes that salary is "enough" for average living in Copenhagen, I mean, I have seen apartments and all but I dont know would be enough for 1 person or for 2... or even for a family...

Try www.numbeo.com for living costs. There are other threads here that have the information too.

At the top of this page, under Handy Tools, there is an expat guide too which may help you.

It's a very good pay.

Married, wife no income, yearly income 650,000 kroner, living in Gladsaxe municipality, yearly tax = 239.346,90 kroner.
