You dont need to have such certificates if you are going to apply online for visit visa for your husband at mofa website , but , your company or administration must stamp online ( Chamber commerce) the visa request letter ..then usually it takes week to get approval..

when in Saudi Embassy, they will ask your husband for proof of Marriage certificates and such documents which are easy .

Ya i understand...but for my administration to sign or stamp..they told me to get an online application from portal to show that i am still working in moh..how is that ?

I took the mofa paper and i went to ministry to get their stamp and they told me to get this paper online

you can file the visiting visa here
https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/Home/Services/citizens
after completing the online application, print it, submit to your company for signature, stamp and chamber of commerce.
you can check on the same website for the status of the application.

you might need an arab to fill the form since it is in arabic.
