She'd definitely be needing a visa, however, the name could be endorsed with your passport. Get the documentation done and consult your PRO.

Your baby needs pasport and then visa. To be able to proceed the pasport, you can consult with your embassy.
Once the pasport done, you can apply for the visa. Therequirement will be;
- birth certificate
- her/his pasport
- marriage sertificate
- copy of parent visa and copy of resident card.
