How to resign from job before contract ?

But it happened last Feb 18, I tell to my madam what happened and she said I will protect you from him but please don't tell to anyone and please just wait for your replacement, then last week I ask her if they can find someone for my replacement, she said they still looking but if you want to leave you need to pay for the cost.

You can get mobility without consent or leave and come back.

Hello , i have a quick question, what is the difference between visa cancellation and visa expiration, if my visa is expired do i need to tell my sponsor to cancel it or it will be cancelled automatically and i can look for another job?

For you it is the same.  The difference is only in nature - an expired visa can be renewed in certain situations whereas a cancelled one cannot.

To file a case for collecting passport you need to visit the police station and for dispute with your employer visit Ministry of Labor.

I'm working in oman. I have completed 1 year and 4 months.  I resigned my job since I have got a new job.  My sponsor says that I cannot resign as I have not completed 2 years of contract.  If I persist, he said that I need to pay him my salary for the remaining months of contract.  What does the labor law says in this regard.

Do i need to do medical again for new employer?

Maybe.  Depends on the EMS system if it flags an alert.  Nothing in your control so let your employer guide you.
