Setting up a sole proprietorship for U.S. citizens in Bahrain

I did some research and found out due to a Free Trade Agreement, U.S. citizens can set up Sole Proprietorships in Bahrain. What are the requirements? What does the process include? How long is the process? Also, what are some businesses that might be truly successful in Bahrain. Thank you very much for your help in advance.
