Weekly/monthly expected rent in Cebu, considering:

What should i expect to pay on any time base considering:

* just one furnished room,- double/queen size bed, kitchenette with stove and fridge, big window or possibly one whole glass wall ( i like sun light)

* toilet with shower with water heater

* use of gym

* use of well maintained pool at least 20 yrds long, to swim laps

also, can i fit within 50 000 php a month total expenses without feeling miserable?

I would have to disagree. I pay 30,000 for a high end, large 1 berm condo in a nicer part of town. The OP can easily rent a studio or 1 bdrm unit for 15k in a safe area. He could stay under 50,000 easily I think, for basic expenses.
