I am working in oman now.. My visa expiring on february 2019.. i want to go to india now in a leave.. Then if i cant return back, can i go to another gcc

Hi Ajmal shareef,

If you can't return from your vacation then you would be considered as an 'absconder'. You would automatically get a 2-year ban.

And is your employer / sponsor levels any civil or criminal charges against you in your absence, then you could land yourself in serious trouble - if you consider going to any GCC other country.

In short, while exiting it is better to leave the country with no unfinished business - if you wish to return some day.

And i have a question Can i cancel my visa from india ?

After my visa expiry.. i will get a 2 year ban in oman... Then any problem for me to go to another GCC
