Have you ever tried extreme sports here in Philippines? tell us what it is...

prince_denison

I never tried extreme sports in the Philippines. I want to but time is the issue, my vacation to the Philippine every 6 months is good for 16 days only and it it not enough to explore thousands of interesting places

seeker of truth

cmon dude...i spend just a week and i visit may places in BICOL.. for sure you can manage.. try wakeboarding.. its really nice..:)

prince_denison

Yeah that's great! I never tried that one. I have a fear in height so I want to conquer it. I want to try sky diving but I think if nobody will save me, I will just sleep in the mid air until I hit the ground :D

Have you tried sky diving? :P

dhnindc

I ride my Harley in and around Metro Manila. Thats extreme enough for me. :)

seeker of truth

i wanna try that too prince..but i guess its not available here in Philippines. if i have to fly to another country..maybe ill think about it next time..hehehe

@dhnindc: is it? mmmm..well compare the way people drive here to those nationals in Saudi Arabia.. i guess if u try riding harley there..thats more extreme..hahahah
you'll see, small buses overtaking in full speed and also hummer, gmc, almost all cars. they drive it like they are the king of the road.. thats more extreme..i guess

prince_denison

No! its not true!

The Skydiving is available in the Philippines

Best Times to Go

Skydiving in the Philippines can only be safely done in the fair weather months of November, December, January until June, when the sky is clear and perfect for skydiving.

Skydiving Spots in the Philippines

Skydiving in the Philippines is done in two locations: Pampanga and Cebu.

Pampanga

The Pampanga center provides student training and static line parachuting, as well as advanced training.

Cebu

Jumps in the Queen City of the South can be made in either of the two drop zones (DZ) near the Mactan Cebu International Airport (MCIA): Camotes Island or Tagbilaran Airport. Loads will be done at the MCIA, after which a cross-province flight will occur before jumping above the designated DZ.

Camotes Island is a very big island and virtually every land below you is an alternative landing area. The designated landing area is the runway itself, while the DZ in Tagbilaran has a grassy landing area with the length the same as the runway, but one that is not suitable for swooping.

That tells me something and evident that majority of the people dont do much adventure :(

I've been wanting to climb peaks but heck either you get stupid question or being adviised to do something else ... so I just gave up

prince_denison

Yeah absolutely!
And when you try to define adventure, it means conquering death and most people don’t want to conquer death as they are not yet ready to die if they fail. In the Philippines, conquering death is a crazy idea but still you could find hundreds of thousands love adventure and most of them are not fun of getting online because they are in focus: D

I really love adventure but the time is not enough to have it often.
