Employment Sponsorship despite overstaying

Good evening to All!

This may sound awful and obvious.
I came to malaysia in 2016 and use to depart the country every month and come back to retain the legality of my stay. Then few months later an agent approached to apply me for the rehiring program rather than to exit from the country every month. So practially speaking Ive agreed and agent applied and ive made first thumbprinting thru MYEG. And unfortunately i didnt able to proceed to the next level. Rehiring program terminated on June 30 2018 , and im considered illegal and overstaying.
With regards with my job , im currently working as a freelancer and now my employer has offer me a fulltime job.
So my question now is :
Is there possibility for them to apply for me ? ( was clearly impossible yet i am still seeking for more comments and other possibilities ).
