I am a mm2h holder hoping to move in to KL shortly.
Can anyone enlighten me whether “ Bukit Jalil “is a suitable place to buy a house .

Heavy traffic area. All areas are "OK" but i depends on your lifestyle. The minimum purchase price for foreigners in BJ is RM2,000,000 (two million) as its in Selangor state)

Ic, is the entire Bukit Jalil coming under Selangor? What if it under KL address ?
My budget is MYR 1mn.
I am retired an needs a peaceful area close to KL. Around less than 20 km or so. KL or suburbs.
Will you kindly let me know the preferred areas to buy a house. Not in Selangor.
