I and my family ' my husband and two kids a boy of 12 years and a girl of 10 years' are seeking a host family in Istanbul.

What exactly do you mean by host family? If you mean free stay, almost no one accepts a family for hosting in Turkey. Is that a thing in the rest of world?

Yes, it's a well known idiom all over the world, and even in Turkey there is hosting families....I've got two families and looking forward to see more.
