Hello,

My friend from Pakistan has 5 year Italian Permesso di Soggiorno. He has got job contract in Germany.
What are documents that he needs to submit in order to apply for work visa in German embassy?

Thanks in advance.

Better yet, look at the official German government website for immigration. Having residency in Italy means he can travel unhindered in the rest of the EU but to work in other EU countries he is still a non-EU citizen. If he has worked over 18 months in Italy on a Blue Card Visa then he should be able to work in Germany. Otherwise, he will have to apply like any other non-EU person.
