Hi, I would like to ask about the procedure and the legal process on starting up a business in Sri Lanka. I am a construction developer. Thank you.

Hope you are planning to start the business as a joint venture. If so, you and your partner in Sri Lanka need to register the business as Incorporation. Then you have to open IIA (Inward Investment Account) in Sri Lanka to route your investment capital.
