Live in San Miguel de Allende (Guanajuato state) and want to drive my Guanajuato plated car in Mexico City...does anyone know just what, if any, travel restrictions there are?

I believe the limitations are for the vehicles plated within the metropolitan area of CDMX which includes several adjacent states. Those vehicles can buy a “doble cero” sticker which allows driving in Edo Mex any day of the week. I cannot  confirm which states have to follow this though.
